☆ Suitable for five-axis联动 processing of aluminum profiles. It can complete the milling, drilling, sawing and other processing contents on five surfaces (excluding the installation and positioning base surface) of the workpiece with one setup.
☆ Above the bed, there are 30 sets of movable support worktables. According to the length of the workpiece and the processing requirements, they can automatically adjust the spacing along the X-axis and automatically clamp and secure to complete the automatic placement of the fixture.
☆ The bed is a segmented combined bed. After quenching, sanding and natural aging treatment, the internal stress is eliminated. The worktable, slide plate and slide rail are made of cast iron, and the key structural components such as the bed, crossbeam and column are welded with high-quality steel plates. Finite element analysis has been carried out for analysis and calculation to ensure the optimal quality stiffness ratio and excellent static and dynamic performance and thermal performance.
☆ An imported high-precision double swing head is used, and a high-speed electric spindle is equipped. The internal taper hole of the spindle head is HSK63F interface, which has a high metal cutting volume per unit time.
☆ To prevent thermal deformation, the electric spindle is equipped with a forced circulation cooling device, ensuring the stability of the spindle's rotational accuracy. The front end of the spindle is equipped with an "air curtain" device, effectively protecting the spindle bearings from external erosion and increasing the lifespan of the spindle bearings.
☆ Three directions X, Y, and Z all adopt imported high rigidity linear rolling guides. The X-axis adopts gear rack transmission, the Y and Z axes adopt double nut pre-tightened ball screw transmission. The five axes X, Y, Z, B, and C are all equipped with large torque servo motors and tracking feedback devices, ensuring the high feed transmission rigidity of the machine tool.
☆ The Z-axis slide rail is equipped with a balance device, which can effectively balance the weight of the milling head components, ensuring the smoothness and dynamic performance of the Z-axis movement.
☆ The guide pair, ball screw pair and gear rack transmission mechanism all adopt centralized timed quantitative lubrication method, effectively ensuring the running accuracy and lifespan of the machine tool.
☆ Equipped with an 8-position rotary tool magazine that can complete automatic tool changing; the saw blade tool magazine is in an independent position.
☆ Equipped with a measuring instrument that can automatically measure the tool length and update with the program correspondence.
☆ The ReNaxke numerical control system is equipped with RTCP control, all servos adopt bus communication mode, and a 15-inch display screen is configured. It has self-diagnosis function and is equipped with 10/100M Ethernet interface to realize the transmission and copying of numerical control processing programs; a handwheel is provided, allowing manual tool setting, manual simulation, and the operation is simple and convenient.
☆ The mobile gantry is equipped with a safety guard cover. A transparent plastic soft curtain is embedded on the front side (spindle) of the guard cover, and a maintenance protection door is provided on the outside of the guard cover. A glass window is embedded on the protection door to ensure the safety of the operator and a good working environment.
☆ The operation console and control system move together with the gantry frame to prevent signal attenuation due to long cables.
