1. Performance Features

● This machine is the most advanced aluminum profile double-head cutting saw equipment in China; it can achieve simultaneous cutting at any angle between 45° and 157.5°. It is suitable for various industrial aluminum profiles, special shapes, and secondary processing after bending.

● The control system is controlled by PLC program, using unique algorithms, which can realize output at any angle and length calculation, greatly improving the processing speed.

● The imported main shaft motor is directly connected to the saw blade, and the cutting action is up and down sawing; it can process wide-profile profiles with angle cutting.

● The saw blade feed uses an air-hydraulic damping cylinder transmission, ensuring stable cutting.

● High-precision imported cutting saw blades, with smooth cutting surfaces.

● The imported servo motor drives the reducer to control, enabling the sawing angle to be adjusted arbitrarily between 45° and 157.5°.

● It can input the dimensions of several profiles to be cut at once, achieving continuous cutting of different lengths.

● The processing dimensions can be directly input, and the sawing length can be changed without returning to the reference point.

● The movable saw head is driven by a servo motor reducer through a gear rack transmission, with high speed and high precision.

● There is a saw blade sealing device under the worktable, with good chip removal effect.

● It has a follow-up opening and closing saw cover, which is safe and reliable, and has a good working environment.

● The profile support frame can follow up, with a compact structure and small machine footprint.

● Each head has three cylinders to clamp the profiles, ensuring safe and reliable cutting.
