This end milling center is a new generation of end milling center that our company has introduced international advanced technology and independently developed and designed. This end milling center is widely used for CNC intelligent optimization of cross sections in bridge cut aluminum doors and windows, as well as various lightweight industrial aluminum profiles.

This machine is equipped with a horizontal motor, which is controlled by three servo motors to achieve up and down, forward and backward, and left and right walking, in order to complete end milling operations of various sectional profiles, making it more versatile.

This machine adopts a powerful CNC control system, which can store N types of profile machining end faces, and can be accessed at any time with one input without programming.

The feed of this machine is driven by a servo motor, with adjustable speed and position. The cutting feed is smooth and uniform, with high machining accuracy and good surface quality.

Adopting imported spindle motors, with stable performance, strong rigidity, high precision, and low noise.

Numerical control end face milling can achieve the machining of both horizontal and vertical surfaces of the motor, and can complete the machining of reinforced atrium, frame and fan level profiles.
