Used for processing the end faces of ordinary and reinforced aluminum profiles, to adapt to the fit of different cross-sectional profiles.

The tool movement adopts a variable frequency speed control device, with adjustable feed speed and fast tool retraction. The vertical saw blade can mill multiple reinforced intermediate rib profiles to the required size in one go, improving production efficiency.

The tool can be adjusted up, down, front, and back to process profiles with different end faces, shortening the production cycle and reducing costs.

The milling tool moves while the profile remains unchanged, occupying less space and making milling more stable.
