Suitable for sawing and milling of tenon joints and step surfaces on the end faces of aluminum door and window mullion profiles.

Install two sawing and milling motors, one for horizontal milling and the other for vertical longitudinal cutting, to accommodate end milling operations for various cross-section mullion profiles and reinforced mullions, making it more versatile.

Horizontal milling adopts high-power motors, dual saw blades or combination milling cutters to improve processing efficiency. The connection structure is novel and the tool replacement is convenient.

The angle of the vertical longitudinal cutting saw blade can be adjusted, making it more suitable for a wider range of applications.

Two milling motors are controlled by five axis CNC servo, without the need for manual adjustment, and can be quickly and conveniently processed by selecting pre-set programs. It can continuously process profiles with different cross-sections.

The feed direction adopts a large lead ball screw, which moves faster and smoother.

The feed system adopts a servo motor screw linear guide motion pair structure, which can preset speeds for different thickness profiles, with low vibration and high machining accuracy.
