Used for processing ordinary and reinforced aluminum alloy profiles.

The machine has added a saw blade that can be directly cut again, ensuring that the end face required for strengthening the intermediate profile can be ironed in one go, resulting in high efficiency.

● Super powerful function: One feed can iron cut multiple profiles and the required mouth size, with high work efficiency.

● The cutter can be adjusted up and down, back and forth, and different structures such as step surface, rectangular groove and head can be processed.

The tool diameter is large, the cutting speed is high, and the quality of the machined surface is good.

The machine adopts mechanical rack drive and variable frequency motor speed regulation, making the transmission more stable. And the advance and retreat can be adjusted separately, with high processing efficiency.

The four corners of the pressure plate are equipped with guide shafts and bearings, ensuring the flatness and uniformity of the force of the pressure plate, preventing deformation of the profile, and making the compression more reliable.

● Phase sequence protection device: It can effectively protect the equipment in case of phase failure or misconnection.
