1. Performance characteristics

(1) Specializing in fixing plastic steel door and window steel lining and frame connecting pieces.

(2) This machine is controlled by a numerical control system, and users can customize material processing parameters. The repeated positioning accuracy can reach ± 0.2mm. The machine adopts our patented technology, which can achieve cyclic feeding and simultaneous feeding of double fixed pieces. It is currently the most advanced connecting piece nailing equipment in China.

(3) Automatic nail feeding and separation through a dedicated nail feeding device, with nail free detection function.

(4) Using two axis CNC technology, as long as the first nail position, number of nails, and profile length are input, the system automatically calculates the nail distance and can simultaneously clamp multiple workpieces, resulting in extremely high production efficiency. It is an ideal nailing equipment for mass production of doors and windows enterprises.

(5) V-notch avoidance function, the position of each nail can be modified to avoid the V-notch.

(6) The fixed plate screw adopts a servo motor, which can set the torque size, improving the problem of non adjustable screw force.

(7) Multiple materials can be clamped at once, with a maximum clamping capacity of 6 for 65 profiles and 10 for window sashes.
