1. Performance characteristics

This machine is an efficient automated wire tightening equipment specifically designed for reinforced steel villages of plastic doors and windows. It greatly improves production efficiency and saves a lot of labor.

PLC programmable program control is stable and reliable.

The tightening process is fully automatic, and it only takes 4 seconds to complete the tightening of 4 screws in one action. The distance and depth of the screws can be adjusted.

The four heads of the machine can detect and identify the length of the profile separately, so that the corresponding heads are automatically in working state. And in case of errors, it can automatically remove the screws.
