1. Water separator and air filter

Regularly check whether there is any air leakage in the water separator, whether the condensate discharge valve operates reliably, whether the filter element should be cleaned or replaced, and whether the water storage cup is damaged, cracked, etc.

2. Pressure reducing valve

The function of a pressure reducing valve is to regulate the high air pressure to a pressure that meets the usage requirements and maintain stable pressure after regulation. The pressure reducing valve is an important pneumatic component in door and window equipment, so it should be ensured to be intact. Regularly check whether the pressure reducing valve leaks, whether the pressure gauge reading is within the specified range, whether the pressure gauge is continuously adjustable, and whether the pressure regulating valve cover can be locked. 3. Oil mist generator

It is necessary to regularly check whether the lubricating oil in the oil cup is sufficient, whether the lubricating oil changes color or turbidity, and whether the bottom of the oil cup is dusty and moist. If there is, the lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. Electromagnetic valve

Electromagnetic valve is a directional valve that uses electromagnetic control. It is widely used in door and window equipment to control the working in and out, clamping and releasing of cylinders, and is a pneumatic control component. Regularly check whether the temperature of the solenoid valve casing is too high; Whether the valve core works normally when the solenoid valve is working; Are the fastening bolts and pipe joints loose; Is the solenoid valve leaking air; Is the voltage normal, and are the connectors loose or detached; Whether the lubrication is normal (you can place a white paper on the exhaust port, check if there are oil mist spots left on the white paper during exhaust, and determine whether the lubrication is normal). Regularly check whether the sealing ring on the valve core is damaged. And clean the oil sludge and dust on the valve core.

5. Speed regulating valve

The main function of the speed control valve is to control the operating speed of the cylinder. It is necessary to regularly check whether it can control the operating speed of the cylinder. If the control fails, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

6. Cylinder

A cylinder is a pneumatic component used in door and window equipment to drive mechanical parts that are fixedly connected to it, in order to complete predetermined actions. Regularly check whether there is any air leakage between the piston rod and the end cap of the cylinder; Whether the piston rod is scratched or deformed; Whether the pipe joints and piping are loose or damaged; Is the buffer valve nut locked tightly; Check for any abnormal sounds during cylinder operation. 7. Button switch
