2. Before operating this equipment, the operators should wear protective gear properly, with their sleeves tightened. Long hair should be tucked inside the work cap. It is strictly prohibited to work with gloves on, and it is also strictly prohibited to wear any accessories that may affect the operation.

3. Before starting the machine, carefully inspect all parts of the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to have any items that hinder the operation. The workpiece must be firmly fixed.

4. During the operation of the equipment, the operators must not leave the equipment. If they need to leave, they must cut off the power supply.

5. When replacing the cutting tools, wear gloves to avoid skin contact with sharp edges and getting injured. The replaced cutting tools must be checked for any damage or deformation. It is strictly prohibited to use deformed or damaged cutting tools. The replaced cutting tools should be properly handled.

6. Before starting and during operation, regularly apply oil to the guide rails (1 time every 2 hours). Regular oiling is very necessary for the durability and processing accuracy of the equipment.

7. After 30 days of use, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank of the new equipment must be replaced. This can effectively increase the service life of the hydraulic pump.

8. When the equipment is being repaired, the power supply must be cut off, and personnel with professional qualifications must be selected for the repair.

9. After the work is completed, thoroughly clean the equipment and apply lubricating oil to all moving parts.
