CNC data (including the operation system, parameters, programs, etc.) must be re-established or replaced from scratch or by replacing the PLC, etc. Unstable power supply can also cause the computer of the equipment to unexpectedly crash, lock, or trigger the NC-PLC reset of the equipment, and the CNC system to stop responding, resulting in unstable equipment operation. Rebooting the computer (usually by turning it off) is necessary to restore the software to normal operation.
(2) Decreased equipment performance. If there is long-term unstable voltage (excessive voltage fluctuation), it will cause the electronic components and circuits of the equipment to deteriorate, the service life of electronic components to decrease, and the overall operating life of the door and window equipment to be shortened. These are also common problems in all door and window enterprises.
(3) Equipment component damage. Unstable power supply or frequent power outages can cause damage to various electronic components, such as CPU, I/O interface circuit boards, drive circuit boards, CRT or LCD LED monitors, storage devices such as RAM, hard disks, and communication interfaces. Severe instantaneous overvoltage can cause the electronic components or circuit boards of the door and window equipment to burn out, thereby affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Therefore, during the use of equipment in door and window enterprises, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the power supply in the workshop, avoid equipment failures, separate the power supply lines for the equipment and lighting, and ensure good grounding of the equipment.
